Amanda started her dental career as a dental assistant in 2006 This experience fostered her interest in the administrative tasks of dental, leading to her training as a Treatment Coordinator. After three years of training in treatment coordinating and dental insurance billing, she decided to continue her training and accepted a position in hospital billing where she specialized in Medicaid, Medicare and Workers' Compensation coverage and policies.
After one year of study, she rejoined the dental field and furthered her work and training in dental insurance billing. During her years of medical/dental insurance billing, she gained vast knowledge of billing practices, insurance ethics, billing policy creation, and clinical compliance to minimize patient claim denials. Amanda recently ended her relationship with a local DSO where she specialized in insurance billing, clinical documentation management, and billing policy creation to pursue her vision of centralized billing molded for the client.
